Prepayment
Please pay the total amount due after your order on our Post account. Your order will be sent after the indicated amount is credit to our account.

PostFinance
Secure and inexpensive: with your PostFinance account or your Postcard, you can pay directly by PostFinance Debit Direct or PostFinance e-finance. Your payment is secured with leading industry wide security and anti-fraud systems (SSL Encryption).
Credit Card
Fast, secure and convenient. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex via PayPal. Your payment is secured with leading industry wide security and anti-fraud systems (SSL Encryption). Each transaction passes a online authorization at the relevant credit card company. We will not save your credit card number.
Invoice
We only ship to corporate clients or authorities. We reserve the right to conduct a credit assessment and to deliver in case of doubt only via prepayment. Invoices have to be paid no later than 10 days after receipt of goods.
Shipment
Most of our product line should be deliverable from stock and be ready for shipment quickly. We always aim to deliver your items as fast as possible. Shipment is being carried out by PostPac Economy by the Swiss Post.
Delivery outside Switzerland
We make no deliveries abroad. We only deliver customers in Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
Quantity and Fees
We have no surcharges for small orders! Orders above CHF 1000.- will be delivered free of shipping costs.
Cash on Delivery Charge
C.O.D. shipments will be charged an additional fee of CHF 15.-.
Express Deliveries
Urgent orders will be handled with the needed priority. The resulting express delivery costs of the swiss Post (between CHF 15.- and CHF 36.-) will be charged additionally.
Shipment Charges
The calculation of the shipment charges is based on the value of ordered goods:
Order value to CHF 50: CHF 9.00 Shipment charges
Order value to CHF 150: CHF 11.00 Shipment charges
Order value to CHF 500: CHF 15.00 Shipment charges
Order value to CHF 1000: CHF 19.00 Shipment charges
